The weekly Council of Ministers meeting was held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, under the chairmanship of Comrade Captain Ibrahim Traoré, President of Burkina Faso, Head of State. According to the Minister Spokesperson for the Government, Comrade Pingdwendé Gilbert Ouédraogo, the Council examined several issues and adopted important decisions for the proper functioning of the Nation and for the full development of the Burkinabè people, in accordance with the vision of the Popular Progressive Revolution.
