In this real-world test, I compare the DJI Mic Mini 2 and the original DJI Mic Mini in the studio and outside. I also test the new voice tone presets — Regular, Rich, and Bright — the magnetic color covers, the new attachment system, noise cancelling modes, wind protection, Osmo Pocket 3 direct connection, and a practical range test. The DJI Mic Mini was already one of my favorite tiny wireless microphones for simple creator setups, YouTube videos, travel videos, Shorts, interviews, and compact camera setups. But the DJI Mic Mini 2 adds a few new features that could make it more flexible. The big question is: can you actually hear the difference?
