SUFFERING AND DESPAIR AND THE MANY OTHER SYMPTOMS OF ADVANCED STAGE ADRENAL FATIGUE
Living with an illness while you are in critical condition is very challenging to say the least. I wanted to make a list of all of the symptoms I have had during this journey so people can see exactly how many symptoms that you can have with this. 1. My eyes were extremely sensitive to light- sometimes I had to wear sunglasses in the house. 2. Noise sensitivity- running water into a sink made me feel like I could jump out of the window 3. Brain fog-feeling like you have a blanket covering your brain. 4. I had no short-term memory. 5. I had blurred vision and I couldn't read 6. I could not walk properly 7. I didn't feel well enough to talk to people, it would stress out my body too much. 8. My legs felt like cement 9. My hands and feet were tingly 10. My hands and feet were cold and clammy all day and night and I couldn't stay warm 11. I had heart palpitations 12. If I walked from the kitchen to the living room I was totally exhausted 13. If I was upstairs in my bedroom I couldn't go back downstairs-frightening. 14. The hair on my head hurt so severely that just putting my head on a pillow was excruciating. Even if I didn't put my head on a pillow it was excruciating. 15. The hair on my head and body stopped growing. 16. I had to eat constantly and I was hungry throughout the night. I had to have meals throughout the evening and overnight because was in high alert and burning calories so quickly. It was in overdrive 24/7 17. I had to stay calm and quiet. 18. I couldn't watch TV except to listen to gentle nature sounds or something inspirational. 19. I was instructed to stay off the phone and computer because it was too fast moving for me to process the frames and it would over stimulate my system. Also, gives off a lot of eletromagnetic frequencies. 20. I had heart thumping 21. I couldn't sleep when I went to bed. I had frightening nightmares. 22. The chronic sensations in my head were unbearable and are hard to describe. 23. I had horrible anxiety and depression. 24. I felt incredible fear constantly that I would not be able to live through this. 25. I had breathing problems where I felt I couldn't breath in deeply enough -horrible 26. I felt I didn't know if I could get through this constantly. 27.I couldn't leave the house because the change in sensations, even a little breeze would upset my entire system. 28. I couldn't take a shower and could barely brush my teeth. 29. I couldn't cook or clean and had to have home health aides for shopping, cooking and helping out around the house. 30. I couldn't handle hearing of any stress. For example, a friend or family member being ill or passing. My family just couldn't let me know anything of this nature. 31. I perspired under my arms continuously and it could come on suddenly. 32. My hands and feet were cold and clammy continuously. 33. I could cry suddenly. 34. I had suicidal thoughts. 35. I felt lonely and desperate. Nobody that I knew had this. Also, until you have the experience of not knowing if you will die or not you can't believe how brutal living like this is. 36. My entire body had an orange hue, even the bottoms of my feet. My liver was obviously very challenged. 37. My fingers always looked like I had them submerged in water too long. 38. My skin all over my body was incredibly dry especially my face and hands. 39. I had horrible dry eye. 40. I had horrible headaches almost daily. 41. I couldn't see family or friends because I couldn't even process conversations without it becoming increasingly stressful. 42. I couldn't work or drive or go outside. 43. The hair stopped growing on my entire body. 44. Very bad constipation. 45. I couldn't nap during the day or sleep well at night. These were all brutal. I would say this all the time. I am not trying to shock you with my words. This illness can be this bad so catch it before you are in this advanced stage. Please reach out to drlamcoaching.com if you feel you need help.
