Pink Floyd "Wish You Were Here" Album Reaction. This Isn't Music, This Is Art

Everyone said this was the one to do after Dark Side of the Moon. They were right. Five songs, forty-four minutes, and the opening track alone is over thirteen. Listened on the 1975 original in Apple Music lossless, AirPods Max. Shine On You Crazy Diamond spends roughly six minutes building before anyone sings a word, and I'd have been happy if it stayed instrumental the whole time. Someone said on the Dark Side reaction that it wasn't music, it was history. My version for this one is different: this isn't music, this is art. The guitar tone on the first track is the best I think I've ever heard. The title track did something none of the others did. I caught myself wanting to close my eyes and just listen, on camera, mid-recording. I've never done that. It went straight onto the single playlist I loop when I need to focus. I've been missing out on Pink Floyd my whole life.
