Update: Fuel nozzle STILL clicks off early when filling S197 Mustang. Now what?
I replace the "vapor canister vent valve solenoid" in this video. Brand name Dorman, Part # RB 911-230 from RockAuto.com (for the less expensive $40ish option). I replaced the fuel vapor vent canister in this prior video link: • Mustang S197 (05-11 yrs) fuel vapor canist... Trying to address the common problem of gas station fuel nozzles cutting off early when we try to fill up our S197 Mustangs. If the pump still clicks off after this - next on the list is replace the "EVAP Fuel Vapor Purge Valve Solenoid" in the engine bay.
