Core | abs work out with a cast

Hello, Here are some core / abs exercises that may help with any back issues which might arise from sitting down and the lack of mobility you may experience with your body whilst having a broken leg. I just want to point out that I am not a doctor or a physio therapist, so if you are concerned with doing any of these exercises with a broken leg please consult your doctor, prior to doing them. I just have a broken ankle and wanted to show other people in a similar situation some exercises which may ease their body aches from lack of movement.
