“How do I become licensed to practice law in Canada?” This is probably the most popular question I get asked. The NCA series will run for the next four weeks. Writing the NCA exam is the first hurdle to cross in order to become licensed as a lawyer in Canada. NCA is compulsory in every province in Canada. Most people are aware of this but don’t know how to start the process or if they can start the process in any other country.
