Today I ate Nagasaki Sara Udon and Ankake Crispy Yakisoba with soy sauce flavor✨ Both are products from Marutai♪ Nagasaki Sara Udon is a Japanese noodle dish made with crispy noodles topped with a thick savory sauce. Ankake crispy yakisoba is a dish made with fragrant fried noodles topped with thick sauce♪ The ingredients for the Nagasaki Sara Udon were pork belly, cabbage, bean sprouts, onion, shrimp, squid, kamaboko, carrot, quail eggs, and wood ear mushrooms. For the ankake crispy yakisoba, I used bok choy, pork belly, napa cabbage, carrot, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, shrimp, and quail eggs.
