Older fans will likely recall the "Giant Crab Claws" displayed in the display case at the front of the restaurant. They use fresh, jumbo-sized sea crabs, steamed and pre-shelled. Just dipping them in the tangy, sour, and spicy seafood is a real treat. Another signature dish at this restaurant is the "Hainanese Chicken Rice," a traditional-style dish with crispy yellow skin and springy meat. The flavors are overwhelming, giving you the feeling of truly authentic chicken. The "Braised Pork Ribs with Peas" are crispy, deep-fried pork ribs topped with a rich, flavorful gravy. The "Stewed Goat" dish boasts a distinct Chinese herbal aroma. The stewed goat meat is tender and the flavor is distinctly goat-like.
