KAI ORA: Crayfish linguine, baked snapper, pears for dancers Miriama Smith & Jonny Williams

Anne serves Morton Bay bugs with snap peas and beans, chilli crayfish linguine, a whole baked snapper with root vegetables topped with crispy sage. For dessert Anne makes a "Pear de Deux", cooked with almonds and honey. Then Miriama and Jonny treat us to a dance demonstration!
