Whisk 5 eggs with ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper. In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, add the egg mixture and scramble the eggs till fluffy and keep it ready. Melt 50g unsalted butter in a pan. Sauté 4 chopped garlic cloves, ginger piece, 1 green chili for a minute. Add 2 chopped onions, 1 capsicum—sauté till translucent. Toss in 1 chopped tomato till mushy. Season with 1 tsp each salt, pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala. Stir in 2 tbsp tomato ketchup. Mix in cooked pasta to coat. Add scrambled eggs, top with 4 cheese slices and 1 tsp chili flakes. Cover off-heat till cheese melts gooey. Serve and enjoy it hot.
