Newcastle Quayside 10K 2025

A last minute addition to my running schedule, welcome to the Newcastle Quayside 10K 2025. To misquote the late great Meat Loaf..."it was a hot summer night and the Tyne was burning". In reality the conditions were fantastic fo this fast 10K down on the banks of the river Tyne. Instead of taking a rest day on the running schedule, I was happy to drag myself around another well organised ‪@RunThroughTV‬ event. After being a little down on some of my race paces in recent weeks, there was potential to get back on track.
