Hi, I'm Fernanda Macêdo! In today's video, I'll talk about why, in my opinion, public service exams are the best way to enter the tech job market. I'll also share my story of how I became a developer at Banco do Brasil and how positive it was to start my career there. The goal of this video is to open the minds of people thinking about starting a career in IT, or even those who have been in the market for a while, to the world of public service exams. It is indeed possible to have stability and achieve a salary above the market average in the world of public service exams, and on top of that, have contact with new technologies and trends, without stagnating in your career or only dealing with legacy systems. My experience at Banco do Brasil showed me how our banking system has kept up with and led new technologies. However, the profit-sharing amounts are variable, and in the last semester it decreased, causing the "total cash" to be lower than speculated on the page above.
