Day 4 of our Taiwan trip! Today is finally the day we set off on the highly anticipated 'Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen Tour' (Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen)! Before we left, we packed up some Yijiazi Can Yin and A-zhong Mianxian for breakfast and devoured them at the hotel to kick things off. (I'm so glad we packed them...) At the first stop, Yehliu Geopark, we were able to see unique rock formations up close, but Taiwan in midsummer was hotter and more humid than I could have imagined. 🥵 It's seriously no joke; the sweltering heat is beyond imagination. 🥵 ※ Taiwan remains extremely hot even into October. A hat, a fan, and cold water are not just recommendations; they are essential.
