Is Summon Druid The Best Starter Build In Project Diablo 2? Normal-Ubers HC SSF Druid Season 11

I started "fresh" with a Summon Druid, playing Normal to Hell difficulty with Uber attempts afterwards. Can I take down the ubers with a fresh Summon build? With Season 11 winding down, I've been wanting to try out a few different starter builds for future ladder resets. The Summon Druid (and summoners in general) are widely known to be some of the best season starters - and for good reason. Does it live up to the hype? This was played on Project Diablo 2 online.
