Human Eye | Structure | Working
In this video, we explain the structure and working of the human eye in a simple and easy-to-understand way. The human eye is one of the most important sense organs, helping us see the world around us by detecting light and converting it into electrical signals that are sent to the brain. We will learn about the main parts of the eye such as the cornea, iris, pupil, lens, ciliary muscles, retina, optic nerve, aqueous humour and vitreous humour. Each part has a special function in helping us form a clear image. The video also explains how light enters the eye through the cornea, passes through the pupil, bends through the lens, and forms an image on the retina. The retina then converts this image into electrical impulses, which travel through the optic nerve to the brain. Finally, the brain interprets these signals and helps us understand what we are seeing. We also discuss the role of the ciliary muscles in changing the shape of the lens so that we can focus on near and distant objects. This process is known as accommodation. This video is useful for school students, science learners, and anyone who wants to understand the human eye with clear visuals and simple explanation. Topics covered: Structure of human eye Working of human eye Image formation in the eye Function of retina and optic nerve Role of lens and ciliary muscles Accommodation in human eye Watch the full video to understand how our eyes work like a natural camera and help us see the beautiful world around us.
