This power strength training workout with heavy dumbbells doing strength compound exercises on the slower pace, first block full body strength and your second block is your unilateral strength exercises. Get ready to sweat, burn hard and give everything you have got! ! For this strength training workout, you will need a pair of heavy dumbbell and your mat! We will begin with a warm up and continue with 3 blocks of strength training, core and abs compound exercises such as dead lift with high pull and finish strong with abs finisher. The dumbbells I am using today for your reference are 10 lbs each and 12 lbs each sets! This is such a demanding workout so make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
