Manafwa marks women's Day - Parents urged to encourage girls to stay in school
Gender equality and the empowerment of women start with ensuring that the girl child remains in school. This message was echoed during the Women's Day celebrations in Manafwa District, held in Bugobero. Bungoma County Member of Parliament, Catherine Wambulyanga, graced the occasion, urging women to work hard to achieve socio-economic transformation.
