Sitiotio Village is located on the very edge of Lake Toba in Silahi Sabungan District, Dairi Regency, bordering Binangara Village, Sianjur Mulamula District, Samosir Regency. This beautiful village on the shores of Lake Toba boasts terraced rice fields and plantations, fed by a river fed by a beautiful multi-tiered waterfall on the walls of the Toba Caldera, which originates from the Parbuluan forest in Dairi. This river flows into Lake Toba.
