Morning attack at Grand Bazaar: Maintenance worker shot in shopping complex car park • A Grand Bazaar employee was shot in the car park of the shopping complex on Thursday morning, June 25, 2026. • The victim has been identified as 43-year-old Bahadoor Pooransingh, who is assigned to the Electrical and Maintenance Department at Grand Bazaar. • Reports indicate that Pooransingh had just parked his vehicle and was walking towards his office when he was shot. • He was injured during the attack and was taken to the nearby Mt.
