Her Dream Greenhouse Is Finally Here… After This Mess

We finally did it… the greenhouse is here! But before we could set it up, we had a BIG problem to deal with. Our backyard had turned into a concrete dumping ground from years of projects—old footers, block walls, and leftover materials from when we replaced our single wide. It wasn’t safe, it wasn’t usable, and it definitely wasn’t the garden space we had in mind. So we rented a skid steer, got to work, and completely transformed the space. Instead of hauling everything off (and paying a ton to do it), we made the call to handle it ourselves… digging a pit, burying the concrete, and reclaiming our backyard. Then came the fun part—final grading, shaping the land, and getting everything ready for what we’ve been waiting for… Angela’s greenhouse delivery day. In this video: Renting and using a skid steer for backyard projects The reality of removing (or burying) concrete DIY grading and drainage for a backyard Our greenhouse delivery and full walkthrough Why we chose to buy instead of build a greenhouse This is just the beginning.
