Ventura Melter - Electric Melting Furnace Repair

A month or two before moving to our new location our 3kg Ventura melter decided to stop working properly. It could barely hold temp, and not at the levels we needed. It was relatively simple to get switched out and 1/4 of the price of replacing the whole unit. This was after weekly use up to 1900-2000F casting bronze.
