True Digital Park looks absolutely stunning and futuristic at night with its brilliant light-up displays. It’s an incredible place where you can enjoy both high-end shopping and dining all in one spot. This new Sushiro has become an absolute sensation among locals, and the place was packed with a massive line! Fortunately, we booked our table in advance through the Sushiro app, so we were able to skip the queue and walk straight in (highly recommended if you plan to visit! 😉). It had been a while since we last had Sushiro, and we were completely blown away. The quality and freshness of the fish were identical to what you get in Japan—it tasted even more amazing and emotional enjoying it here in Bangkok! The melting "Otororo" (fatty tuna) and the rich, creamy "Ankimo" (monkfish liver) were outstanding, offering a premium taste that felt like dining at a high-end sushi restaurant. What really caught our attention was their "Hand Roll Style Sushi" (open-faced seaweed wraps), which is currently one of the hottest food trends among the younger generation in Thailand.
