SEPTA St. Patrick's Day Trolley 2023!

Out of the Callowhill Depot comes SEPTA trolley 9106 decorated by shop employees for the St. Patrick's Day celebration! I caught 9106 at the Eastbound 15th Street Trolley Station in Center City on a Saturday afternoon running on block 9057. Unfortunately the decorative lights on the front of the car weren't working for this run. A few days later, I caught up with 9106 early in the morning (block 9051) on Lancaster Avenue running west to 63rd & Malvern. Caught it again at Lancaster turning on to Lansdowne running to the loop at 63rd & Malvern. One more time at 52nd & Lancaster running east to 40th & Market. The Route 10 was running on diversion tracks to 40th & Market until 5am on the morning this was recorded. That’s why the digital display reads 40th & Market instead of the usual 13th & Market. I went over to the 36th Street Portal as normal operations were restored to catch it entering the Subway To wrap up my morning, I went to my favorite location on the Route 10 at 36th & Lancaster to catch it one more time before heading for home.
