In this video I'm camping on BLM land just outside one of the most undervisited districts in Utah's canyon country — for $7.50 a night with my America the Beautiful Senior Pass. I'll show you the two BLM camping options outside the park, what the trails are actually like for a solo hiker, and the truth about seeing the famous Needles formations that most reviews get wrong. Plus — there are two ladders on one of these trails. I'll tell you exactly which direction to hike so you're climbing up instead of talking yourself down from the top.
