Although it’s only 250km, we took our time and savoured the magic of the Katherine surrounds and explored some of the scenic wonders of the majestic Victoria River Region: Manbulloo Homestead Caravan Park - 10km west of Katherine for a 3-night stay Sullivan Campground in the magnificent Gregory National Park Escarpment Walk & Nawulbinbin Walk - near Victoria River Roadhouse … STUNNING! Dingo Creek Spring Lagoon - a surprising FREE camp! It was wonderful discovering the abundant natural wonders and picturesque scenery along this stretch of road. Time to hit the road!
