I change my boat forever

The pod installation begins... but not without a few setbacks. Welcome back to another episode of Kiwi's Adventure! In Part 8 of the Marlin boat rebuild, I prepare the transom for one of the biggest upgrades of the entire project. After hours of grinding, fairing, sanding and priming, it's finally time to test-fit the custom aluminium outboard pod. Of course, nothing ever goes exactly to plan. Between forgotten steps, wasted epoxy, missing audio, and plenty of frustration, this episode shows the real side of rebuilding a boat. I don't hide the mistakes on this channel—you'll see the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between. If you're restoring a boat, rebuilding a project boat, or just enjoy seeing old boats brought back to life, I hope this series gives you some ideas and maybe even helps you avoid a few of my mistakes.
