Through this, he became convinced that the only way to purify this turbulent current is through a balanced harmony of Reformed confession of faith and Puritan piety. Since then, the Church of Restoration was established in 2003, and to strike a balance between these two, the church has been ceaselessly striving to make the Word a part of the believers' lives through sound preaching and fervent prayer. Furthermore, for the reformation of the church in our homeland, the church is working to spread orthodox Reformed doctrine and piety through internet and literature missionary activities, as well as annual doctrinal lectures open to everyone. The four core elements of the church reform pursued by the Church of Restoration are as follows: First, restoring the glory of worship. Second, returning solely to Scripture (sola Scriptura). Third, believing that everything is possible only through grace (sola Gratia). Fourth, giving glory to God alone (soli Deo Gloria). [I believe that faith in this automatically demands the necessity of prayer.] Rev. Kim Min-ho is a pastor affiliated with the Daeshin faction of the Presbyterian Church of Korea. After graduating from the Korea Theological Seminary, he founded this church (Church of Restoration) in 2003 with the aim of realizing traditional Reformed theology and Puritan faith on this earth, driven by the pain of the reality where the truth of the Gospel is being diluted by secularism.
