I Found The BEST Milotic Deck!! NO SLEEP! Based Version.

I've been testing this for a few days, and I'm proud to say, this is the final version I've landed on. It's performing VERY well, and it DOESN'T RELY on sleep coin flips!! Instead we package it with Washed Out Vaporion, and a Chien Pao for a devasting finisher. The synergy between these cards all work beautifully.
