Best community to live on a fixed income in Venice, Florida.

In this video I am going over my top 3 communities to live in Venice, Florida when you are living on a fixed income. Recently, I helped my dad, who is retired, find the best community with the lowest monthly fees in Venice, so I compiled this list of the best communities when you're living on a fixed income. In this video I discuss, Magnolia Bay by Meritage Homes being built in Nokomis. This large community has two separate phases with single family homes that are affordable and energy efficient. The community also will have two sets of amenities including a clubhouse, resort style pools, playground and dog parks. I also will be going over Vistera at Venice which is also located in Nokomis. This community has three different builders including, David Weekly, M/I Homes and Neil communities. There will be single family homes and villas. This community is also amenity rich with a clubhouse, resort style pool, fitness center, ride share and dog parks.
