Zen Wellness (Fire) Early Summer 2026-DaoYin, dumbbells, wrist roller (shim yuk) & bottle exercises

Periodically I teach some of the online (and in person) classes/lectures for Zen Wellness. This video serves as an introduction for the first session of the 8-week rotation for Early Summer and Fire phase of the 5 Element Theory (Wuxing). Other classes in this series are available either through membership with Zen Wellness or with me personally. I help people cultivate lifelong physical strength, mental clarity, and resilience through time-tested martial and wellness systems adapted for modern living. My goal is to present an education for holistic health to increase longevity and quality of life (heathspan), that brings awareness to these time-proven methods. With an intent to de-mystify and simplify explanations, hopefully more people can come to realize that we are all accountable for our own well-being.
