What kind of project are you working on? What Mustang are you daily driving? Today we are adjusting valves on our 66 Ford Mustang 289. This is how I perform the procedure. I understand there are many different ways to do this and this is how I do it. This procedure is based off a stock engine and camshaft application with adjustable hydraulic valves. If your engine has a modified camshaft or rocker arms or lifters, this is not the procedure to follow. Hope this helps.
