I tried defeating various enemies with a recovery-type Photon Saber that maximizes HP. I raised my maximum HP to 53978, using Astro Cross for time-based recovery and the Aura Heal skill to increase recovery when the aura is activated. After that, it's just a matter of spamming non-tension melee arts. The effect of HP recovery over time is the same as the time it takes to recover to maximum HP (recovery is a percentage of maximum HP), so the higher your maximum HP, the more you recover, allowing you to withstand large amounts of damage. It's a simple build, but it's versatile, and you can clear most enemies relatively safely except for those immune to beam attacks or with special abilities (of course, the Meteor Combo changes attribute depending on the attack attribute of the weapon used, so you can match it to the enemy's weakness). Compared to the Longsword's Sakura Dance type or the Dual Guns' Zero Zero type, the destructive power of a single hit may be inferior, but it has the advantage of securing TP beforehand with Spirit Change, and it's a type that allows you to fully enjoy the Photon Saber's melee arts.
