This film has been discussed for months, and now it's opening in German cinemas: SOUND OF FREEDOM was filmed in 2019, but it wasn't easy for Angel Studios to get it into theaters. Right-wingers and QAnon supporters like James Chaviezel are spinning the myth that the liberal elites tried to prevent the film. Furthermore, it's being pretended that "Sound of Freedom" is the only and first film to address child trafficking and abuse. Above all, the banal work carries coals to Newcastle, continually reproducing directorial clichés. But is this now the film of the New Right?
