Thirty-nine years after the inauguration of the Plaza a la Bandera on October 21, 1983, the busts of national heroes and the motherland were unveiled today in a magnificent ceremony. The Minister of Defense and members of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, distinguished authorities, diplomats, and members of the Peruvian Civic Association Plaza a la Bandera participated.
