Hi, friends! 💖 In today's vlog, I'm sharing another typical day in my routine. I started by doing some grocery shopping to stock up until the day of the monthly shopping trip arrived. I organized everything, prepared the meats, and left meatballs ready to make meal prep easier for the week. I also showed how I make my homemade garlic and salt seasoning, took care of the house and the plants, and later visited my sister. We spent the afternoon preparing a delicious savory cake, a recipe that's been highly requested around here. To end the day, nothing better than sushi and a relaxing moment watching a movie. My Shopee Favorites 💖 https://collshp.com/lariduraes 💖👩🏻‍🍳 Savory Cake Recipe: Measurement: (1 American cup) Dough • 3 eggs • ½ cup of oil • 1 cup of milk • 2 cups of wheat flour • ½ cup of cornstarch • Salt to taste • 1 packet of grated Parmesan cheese • 1 capful (approximately 1 tablespoon) of baking powder Filling and Topping • Grated Calabrese sausage • Sweet corn • Olives • Minas cheese (or your preferred cheese) • Chopped tomato • Green onions 👩🏻‍🍳 Preparation Method Beat the eggs, oil, and milk. Add the wheat flour and cornstarch. Season with salt, add the Parmesan cheese and, lastly, the baking powder. Mix half of the filling into the dough and pour into a greased baking dish.
