It is also famous as a place rumored to be one of the models for "Spirited Away." 🏯 積善館（せきぜんかん） 【概要】 創業1691年。四万温泉を代表する老舗旅館。 日本最古の木造湯宿建築といわれる本館は、国の重要文化財。 『千と千尋の神隠し』のモデルのひとつと噂される場所としても有名。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー ♨️ Shima Onsen (Gunma Prefecture) [Summary] A historic hot spring resort in Nakanojo Town, Gunma Prefecture. The name comes from the fact that it was said to cure "40,000 diseases." With a history of over 1,000 years, it was designated as the first national hot spring resort. [Characteristics] Famous for its skin-beautifying waters and drinkable hot springs. Abundant sulfate springs and sodium springs. The hot spring town retains a retro Showa-era atmosphere, blending in with the nature that spreads along the river and in the mountains. ♨️ 四万温泉（群馬県） 【概要】 群馬県中之条町にある歴史ある温泉地。 「四万（よんまん）の病に効く」といわれたことが名前の由来。 約1000年以上の歴史を持ち、国民保養温泉地第一号に指定。 【特徴】 美肌の湯・飲める温泉として有名。 硫酸塩泉・ナトリウム泉などが豊富。 温泉街には昭和レトロな雰囲気が残り、川沿いや山間に広がる自然と調和。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 🏞 Lake Okushima [Overview] A dam lake (Shiman River Dam) located further inland from Shima Onsen.
