Being prepared for changes and adaptations throughout one's career is part of the path to success in any profession, whether it's entrepreneurship or executive positions. To achieve this, the combination of various technical and behavioral skills, along with the ability to learn, implement, and become highly proficient in new concepts quickly, are key differentiators necessary for the corporate future. Ricardo Basaglia discusses the importance of these themes for the future of professions. Ricardo Basaglia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from FGV/EAESP with an extension from Yale University in Behavioral Science of Management. He began his career in technology, working on digital transformation projects in large corporations, but discovered that his true passion lay in transforming people's lives. He joined Michael Page in 2007, responsible for the startup of businesses and offices in the country. Today, as General Director, he leads the operations of Michael Page, Page Executive, and Page Personnel in São Paulo.
