Mount to Coast H1 Review: The Durable Road-to-Trail Workhorse?
Today we’re taking a deep dive into the Mount to Coast H1, a road-to-trail shoe built for big mileage and mixed terrain. Mount to Coast markets this shoe as a durable, long-lasting option, and after accidentally wearing it to a 4-hour trail event (yep… wrong shoe, right choice), I’ve got some early thoughts on how it really performs. In this review we go through the upper, midsole, and outsole, plus who I think this shoe makes the most sense for — especially if you run roads but regularly find yourself on gravel, light trail, or winter mixed conditions. Disclosure: Mount to Coast sent me this shoe for review, but they didn’t tell me what to say. All opinions are my own.
