Who is That Lady? Yvonne Lime
She was born Yvonne Glee Lime on April 7, 1935, in Glendale, California. Her parents were Fred and Glee Lime. She had an older brother, Frank. And to get this out of the way, yes, her mother's maiden name was Lemon, a fact the press couldn’t help mentioning over and over again. Yvonne Lime started in Hollywood with a high-profile film, acting along with Katherine Hepburn and Burt Lancaster in "Rainmaker". Most of her short acting career, however, was in television on B-films, such as Untamed Youth, I Was a Teenage Werewolf, and High School Hellcat. She usually played an innocent, young woman with effortless believability. It’s easy to imagine she was just like the characters she portrayed, and in truth, she was. She was a woman of genuine kindness and faith, so much so that, even though she had a love of acting, after a little over a decade in the business, she discovered her true calling after a life-changing experience across the Pacific!
