Polar Pacer - Best Watch? or a Budget Watch?

The Polar Pacer is a $200 running watch that tries to be fully featured yet minimalist. It does almost everything that I actually need from it’s more expensive sibling watch, the Pacer Pro, but it does it at $100 less.
