Couch to 5K week 3 run 2
Welcome along to today’s run, this is week 3 run 2. I didn’t worry about my running style so much today as I was on relatively flat soft ground and was going pretty slow. I had a great time running around my old school playing field and reminiscing about the old days. Even had a go at the long jump again LOL I hope you are all enjoying your challenge if you are doing it. Make sure you are going at your own pace and don’t feel rushed or pressured into going further or faster. I did just less than 2 miles on this run so it was about 3km. There’s no rush to do the full 5k so I’m not worried about distance yet. Next week will be a large difference in running time so that will be the true test.
