In this quick practice, you are invited to bring kind attention throughout the body, moving from head to toe with simple acknowledgment rather than effort. There is nothing to fix, nowhere to get to, and no particular way to feel — just being, exactly as you are. The practice closes with an invitation to rest back as the witness of it all: the steady, quiet awareness that is always here, even on the hardest days.
