Deutsche Meisterschaft Elektro 1:8 OffRoad in Senden

It was the first German Championship for electric vehicles in the 1:8 Buggy and 1:8 Truggy classes, held from September 21st to 23rd, 2012, at the MRC Senden off-road racetrack. For the event, which was occasionally affected by unpredictable weather, no qualification was required in its inaugural year, meaning the race was essentially open to all drivers of suitable vehicles. With a total of 110 participants, the event was already very well attended in its first edition, clearly demonstrating the high level of interest in these electric vehicles.
