Judas! Bob Dylan with electric instruments? What a sell out! ...is what some of the hardcore folkies were railing about when they had heard that their beloved Bob Dylan had decided to lose the acoustic and plug-in to a full band, electric sound on his 5th album, Bringing It All Back Home. The rest of the country seemed to enjoy it, as it was Dylan's highest charting album yet and lead single Subterranean Homesick Blues even made the top 40 in the United States, his first charting entry there. So what will Joe think? Will he appreciate the faster, bluesier side of Bob? Or will he be pining for the olden days when Bob was so much older then. Remember, he had always struggled with this album and Dylan's version of Maggie's Farm (he prefers the Rage Against the Machine cover) in particular.
