This video is a demonstraion of a one plate Mandala offering in both the elaborate 37 steps and the ngöndro 7 step mandala. Quite helpful for all thoese working on the ngöndro (Tibetan Buddhist preliminary practices). Hope everyone finds this helpful and enjoys!
