This is a day in the life of a mom and her baby in Tokyo. This family of three (daughter, mother, and father) shows us what life is like with a baby in Japan. We follow the life of Moe, a 27-year-old Japanese woman, and her 9-month-old daughter, Sutan. We accompany them from early morning until late at night to show their daily routine in Tokyo. We show what kinds of activities a mother living in Japan does, what kind of Japanese food she prepares, and how she takes care of her daughter. Perhaps they aren't a traditional Japanese family, or at least not the average Japanese family living in Tokyo… This day in the life of a Japanese mom and her baby will be full of joy, but we'll also learn about the challenges of raising a Japanese baby as first-time parents. Life in Japan begins like this, teaching children good manners, such as saying "itadakimasu" before eating.
