Potong wedges kentang, bilas dengan air lalu kukus selama 15 menit hingga empuk 2. Di dalam mangkuk, campurkan tepung terigu, maizena, mixed herbs, bubuk paprika, bubuk kari, bubuk bawang putih, garam, kaldu bubuk, dan merica, aduk rata 3. Kocok telur dengan garam, kaldu bubuk, dan merica 4. Masukkan kentang ke dalam tepung kering, telur, dan tepung kering 5. Masukkan ke dalam air fryer, masak di suhu 180 derajat selama 15 menit 6. Oles dengan minyak lalu masak kembali di suhu 200 derajat selama 10 menit 7. Potato wedges siap disajikan =================== [ENGLISH] Potato Wedges Recipe (yield 4-5 servings) Ingredients: 3-4 pc potato Dry coating ingredients: 60 g all-purpose flour 60 g cornstarch 2 tsp mixed herbs 2 tsp paprika powder ½ tsp curry powder 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp stock powder ¼ tsp pepper Wet coating ingredients: 2 pc egg ⅓ tsp salt ½ tsp stock powder ¼ tsp pepper Steps: 1. Slice the potatoes into wedges. Rinse them with water, then steam for 15 minutes until soft. 2. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, mixed herbs, paprika powder, curry powder, garlic powder, salt, stock powder, and pepper. Mix well. 3. Whisk the egg with salt, stock powder, and pepper. 4. Roll the potatoes into the dry coat, the egg, then the dry coat. 5. Place them in the air fryer and cook at 180℃ for 15 minutes. 6. Brush them with oil and cook them again at 200℃ for 10 minutes. 7.
