After nearly a month crossing the Bolivian Altiplano, I finally arrive at the gates of La Paz… in the midst of a national crisis. Inflation, shortages, demonstrations, clashes with the police: Bolivia's administrative capital is almost completely cut off from the rest of the country by roadblocks organized by protesters.
