At The Sentry 2025, Hideki Matsuyama carded rounds of 65-65-62-65 to finish at 35-under, setting a new record for a 72-hole event on the PGA TOUR en route to his 11th victory of his career. After winning at The Sentry in 2019, the 31-year-old has every reason to be confident at the first Signature Event of the season. Two-time winner of the event, Justin Thomas will be back in action this week. He has five top-5 finishes at The Plantation Course at Kapalua, with his last victory coming in 2020, where he topped Xander Schauffele in a dramatic playoff. Chris Kirk won his sixth PGA TOUR title at last year’s event and will be looking to become the first person to go back to back at The Sentry since Geoff Ogilvy in 2010.
